Financial Management Plan
An elaborate prediction of city funding sources into the future. We can substitute many of the variables to see what a small change can do to the overall financial picture. One idea for funding was the proposed Billboard off of 169. That allowed us to save significant resources, and provide great visibility for the City. That was an important project for me because that is voluntary revenue that the City did not have to take out of the pockets of hard working residents and business owners. It would have also, had the MN Department of Transportation not denied the Permit Application, provided SIGNIFICANT decreases in the overall tax rate - meaning your taxes would have been much less per the value of your home.
